4.5 POUNDS DOWN!!!!

I lost 4.5 ponds this week!

I weighed in today and I lost 4.5 pounds...YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am very motivated now. My goal for next week is another 5 pounds. I was only going to do 3 but I will be working out 4 days next week and plan on drinking more water. I am also trying some of medifast's new food: Parmesan cheese puffs, chicken noodle soup and hot chocolate.

  1. THAT IS AWESOME!! You are really on your way! Keep up the good/hard work. I still haven't been able to truly make a life style change for myself...you are on your way!
