Dinner:        Taco Salad with 1/2 cup ground turkey (152), 3C lettuce (21 Cal), 1C tomatoes  (27Cal) ,1/4C cheese (114 Cal), creamy taco dressing (50cal) 4 Taco Shells (200 Cal) =564

Dessert: 100 cal mint choc quaker oats  100
